One season is good for up to 10 snow removals and 20 salts.

We will use salt. We often pre-salt. We will salt for ice, not just snow. Our salt is locally sourced and chemical free. Due to liability, we will not remove snow without salting. All prices for residential snow removal include salting.

Description

See product images for size examples of homes. A house without a driveway, just a walkway and a sidewalk, is typically going to come in under 500 sq. ft. The first house example image is of our home, which equates to about 700 sq. ft. in concrete.  Large homes with long driveways like that which you’d find in Indian Village are typically over 2,000 feet. We use this website to size your plow area: measuremylawn.com.

One season is good for up to 10 snow removals and 20 salt applications. We typically do not shovel or plow for snow fall less than one inch, but we will salt. If we have a snowy season that requires more than 10 snow removals we can continue to service your address at the discounted rate.

Our snow service uses Detroit salt. By our calculations, if we use the right amount of salt and that salt is mined locally, there is no safer or ecologically friendlier way to do it at this time. If you feel differently and have some information, please contact us.
